Interacting with your customer is one of the most critical aspects of developing and delivering app. Customer interactions occur at nearly every phase of a project, some of the more common and meaningful interacts occur at these intersections: 

  • Contracting 
  • Project kick-off 
  • Regular status updates 
  • Delivery feedback 
  • Defect reporting 
  • Training 
  • Hand-off and project completion 

The guest speaker will help you gain a new skill—presenting and gathering feedback from your customer. At the end, you will be expected to provide an impromptu presentation on literally anything you want using the techniques learned this week.
