Customer Update on Project Status
This week your POD will be updating the customer on current progress. This includes mockups/designs, and work completed on the web application. In addition, include your project progress—are you ahead of schedule, behind, or just right. It is necessary to communicate good and bad information often.
Discuss the project-hand off plan as well. Ensure to you carefully describe what to expect during this phase of the project and collect any feedback from the customer.
Review Hand-off Plan Checklist Draft
Review with your peers and mentors the draft of the hand-off plan checklist. This finalized checklist will be shared with the customer next week.
